We exclude any and all liability for Our Content. Our Content shall not qualify as investment advice, counselling or any other information serving as a basis of invesment (selling, purchasing, etc.) decisions.

YOUR CONTENT

Some areas of the Service allow you to post or upload information, text, graphics, or other material (“Content” or, when posted by you, “your Content”), and to share your Content with others. You retain ownership of your Content, but there are many things that users may do with your Content, for example, copy it, modify it, re-share it, or broadcast it. Walletinvestor has no responsibility for that activity. You agree not to post Content that (i) may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal; (ii) may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property; (iii) seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details or otherwise; (iv) may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort; (v) contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable; (vi) contains any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party’s trade secrets); (vii) contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; or (viii) contains any information or content that you know is not correct and current. You agree that any Content that you post does not and will not violate rights of any kind, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or rights of privacy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to reject and/or remove any Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.

You retain full ownership to your Content, but you agree to grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, edit, translate, make derivatives, display, and distribute such Content in connection with providing the Service to you and other users in accordance with your settings on the Service. In connection with providing the Service, we may modify or adapt your Content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services, or media.

We reserve the right at all times, but are not obligated, to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Service including your Content. We reserve the right at all times, but are not obligated, to edit, optimize, or modify the PR / Sponsored articles published on our site. We reserve the right to perform any of these modifications 30 days after the publication. We reserve the right to perform any of these modifications without approval and/or notification of the article sender/buyer.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You must provide us accurate information when you create your Walletinvestor account. Your Walletinvestor account gives you access to the Services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of accounts for different types of users or organizations. If you connect to Walletinvestor with a third-party service, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your login credentials for that service. You may never use another user’s account without permission.

OUR ACTIONS

With registration, you accept, that we can disable your account functions and/or we can delete or modify your account for any reason (spamming, trolling, offensive behavior, deconstructive comments, etc.) without prior notice. You also agree that if your comment does not comply with our TOS and/or policies for any reason (trolling, spamming, hating, etc.), we may modify it.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with Walletinvestor or a third-party service. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords that use a combination of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Walletinvestor cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements. You must notify Walletinvestor immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Walletinvestor’S LICENSE TO YOU

Subject to these Terms, Walletinvestor gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive access to use the Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms in the Service. We can terminate this license at any time for any reason or for no reason.

Walletinvestor PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND FEEDBACK

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Walletinvestor and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Walletinvestor name, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Walletinvestor, or the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

USE OF CONTENT

All Content in or on the Service, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted by users, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit including all necessary rights to upload your Content for use in accordance with these terms and conditions.

ACCEPTABLE USE OF Walletinvestor

Walletinvestor is trusted by its users, and we trust you to use our Service responsibly. You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not, and must not attempt to do the following things:

use the Service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities;
post any Content on the Service in violation of any applicable law, including intellectual property laws and right of privacy or publicity laws, or any contractual obligation;

We may investigate and/or suspend your account if you violate any of the above rules. Furthermore, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without further notice in the event that, in our sole and absolute judgment, you violate these Terms, or abuse the use of our Service.

With registration, you accept, that we can send you emails for any reason.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, Walletinvestor AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR CORRECT; THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE; THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DOWNLOADED AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH DOWNLOAD OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE OR SERVICE, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES, BILLING, CANCELLATION, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

The Services provided by Walletinvestor.com may include subscriptions for which we charge a fee that is billed periodically (monthly or annually) in exchange for registered premium users to access some of the Services.

I. Subscription fees

Subscription fees are subject to change. This does not affect the already ongoing subscriptions, users with ongoing subscriptions will be charged the same amount in every subscription period as they were charged for the first payment.
The subscription fee is billed at the beginning of your subscription and at each monthly or yearly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We will automatically charge you each month or year on the calendar day corresponding to the day you initially subscribed to our services, or on the calendar day after your free trial has ended. In case you subscribed on a day which is not contained in a given month, we will charge you on the last day of the given month. For example, if you subscribed on January 31st, you will be charged on February 28th.
By subscribing to the Services provided by Walletinvestor.com, you agree that we are permitted to charge you a monthly or yearly subscription fee. You confirm and warrant that you possess the legal right to the payment method you provide.

II. Automatic renewals

Your subscription to the Services will be automatically renewed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive subscriptions, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.

III. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to the Services at any time.
If a charge made to the payment method you previously selected cannot be completed or is denied for any reason, Walletinvestor.com shall have the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and your access to the Subscription Service.

Cancelling the subscription

Users can cancel their subscription at any time before their next payment is accepted and they won't be charged anymore. Users can cancel their subscription without any cancellation fee. The subscription is automatically renewed until cancellation. The recurring payment is made by PayPal, SimplePay, or Stripe.
It is the users’ responsibility to cancel the subscription if they do not wish to utilize it anymore. Failing to cancel the subscription in time or not utilizing the subscription does not entitle users to receive a refund.
Only users can cancel their subscriptions through the user profile (https://Walletinvestor.com/user/subscription), through their PayPal account, or through their SimplePay account. Messages and requests sent through our contact forms or as a reply to the automatic emails sent by our system DO NOT qualify as cancellation. After cancellation users receive a confirmation email stating that the subscription has been cancelled and marking the end of the subscription period. If the user does not receive a confirmation email regarding the successful cancellation, it means that the cancellation was not successful. Walletinvestor cannot be held responsible for charges completed after an unsuccessful cancellation.
If the user does not authorize the upcoming payment through the selected payment provider or card provider, it DOES NOT qualify as cancellation. If the transaction is rejected with a "NOTAUTHORIZED" status, the payment system will reattempt to complete the transaction in a few days and will continue trying to complete the transaction. Users are not entitled to a refund if they failed to cancel their subscription and they declined the payment by not authorizing it.
After cancellation users will be able to access our services until the end of the subscription period.

Users can cancel their subscriptions through the user profile (https://Walletinvestor.com/user/subscription),or request the cancellation of the Premium Crypto Newsletter trial by contacting us through the contact form or by email.

IV. Refund policy

All fees and charges are nonrefundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods, unless otherwise provided in this TOS.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason or no reason.
Users are not entitled to a refund if they decide to subscribe to our premium services if they previously cancelled their subscriptions for any reason.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee

The 30 days money back guarantee only applies to yearly subscriptions started after 5th October, 2020 and monthly subscriptions started after 5th May, 2021. This does not apply to trial subscriptions which were automatically updated to a yearly or a monthly subscription.

Contact us in email, or through the contact form within thirty days if you want to have a refund. Please note, that if you cancel the membership within thirty days you won't get a refund automatically. We can only guarantee to refund your money if you contact us within thirty days starting from the day of subscribing.

After the refund transaction is completed the user is automatically deleted from our user list.

Important: if you paid through PayPal, we cannot refund you the transaction fee PayPal charged previously.

Important: we cannot grant you a refund if you cancel the membership and notify us about your request for a refund if thirty days or more have passed since subscribing.

Important: users are not entitled to a refund if they decide to subscribe to our premium services again.

1 USD - 7 days Trial Terms

If you signed up for our premium services with the 7 days trial subscription, you have seven days to cancel the subscription, otherwise you will be automatically charged for the yearly or monthly subscription. You can cancel the subscription after logging into your account under the Subscriptions menu by clicking the cancel subscription button. By clicking the cancel subscription button you cancel the subscription and you won’t be charged. The seven days trial period provides users with the opportunity to try the premium service without any restrictions, and to cancel the subscription in case they are not satisfied. As a result, after the seven days trial period is over we cannot grant a refund to the user. There is no refund for the seven days trial for which users are charged 1 USD and there is no refund for the yearly nor the monthly subscription.

One user can only create one account and, therefore, can sign up for one trial period. Walletinvestor.com shall have the right to terminate or suspend the subscription and the user's access to the Service if the user violates this term.

1 USD - 14 days Trial Terms

If you signed up for our premium services with the 14 days trial subscription, you have fourteen days to cancel the subscription, otherwise you will be automatically charged for the yearly or monthly subscription. You can cancel the subscription after logging into your account under the Subscriptions menu by clicking the cancel subscription button. By clicking the cancel subscription button you cancel the subscription and you won’t be charged. The fourteen days trial period provides users with the opportunity to try the premium service without any restrictions, and to cancel the subscription in case they are not satisfied. As a result, after the fourteen days trial period is over we cannot grant a refund to the user. There is no refund for the fourteen days trial for which users are charged 1 USD and there is no refund for the yearly nor the monthly subscription.

Refund policy for the monthly VIP Newsletter Service

The content of this section applies to all trial subscriptions and monthly subscriptions started after 28th February, 2022 including the special discounts we may offer to our subscribers after this date.

If you signed up for monthly VIP Newsletter Service with the 14 days trial subscription, you have fourteen days to cancel the subscription, otherwise you will be automatically charged for the monthly subscription. You can cancel the subscription after logging into your account under the Subscriptions menu by clicking the cancel subscription button. By clicking the cancel subscription button you cancel the subscription and you won’t be charged anymore. The fourteen days trial period provides users with the opportunity to try the monthly VIP Newsletter Service without any restrictions, and to cancel the subscription in case they are not satisfied. As a result, after the fourteen days trial period is over we cannot grant a refund to the user. There is no refund for the fourteen days trial for which users are charged 1 USD and there is no refund for the monthly subscription.

We reserve the right to offer special discounts to our subscribers. There is not trial period for the discount packages and there is no refund for the monthly subscriptions bought at a discounted price.

Refund policy for the Premium Crypto Newsletter Service

If you signed up for our Premium Crypto Newsletter service, you have thirty days to request a refund. After the first 30 days of the subscription is over we cannot grant a refund to the user. This does not apply to trial subscriptions which were automatically updated to a yearly or a monthly subscription.

Please note, that if you cancel the membership within thirty days you won't get a refund automatically. We can only guarantee to refund your money if you contact us within thirty days starting from the day of subscribing.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.
